Lowell General Hospital is seeking a Clinical Manager to oversee daily clinical and administrative operations for designated units. The role includes staffing, resource allocation, and alignment with Tufts Medicine goals to improve patient care and outcomes.

The position requires MA RN licensure, BSN, 5+ years of RN experience with leadership, and a BSN; MSN preferred. You will manage budgets, participate in interdisciplinary rounds, and foster professional growth within a dynamic care

Formación

• Massachusetts RN Licensure.
• 5 Years of RN Experience with at least 1 year as a charge/lead RN.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Uses knowledge to identify problems and resources for patients and families.
• Ensures staff competency-based practice per patient population.
• Participates in nursing research.
• Leads performance reviews and staff development.
• Allocates resources and coordinates services to optimize patient care.
