Based at 221 Longwood Avenue with travel to Chestnut Hill and affiliated sites, this position requires strong clinical leadership, operational oversight, and the ability to respond to real-time issues

Qualifications

• Graduate of approved nursing program; BSN required; MSN preferred.
• Current MA RN license and MA nursing registration.
• Minimum 5 years clinical nursing experience.
• Ambulatory nursing experience preferred.
• Dermatology experience preferred.
• 2 years nurse manager or leadership experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and expedite clinical operations across a multidisciplinary team.
• Lead and supervise nursing staff including RNs and Medical Assistants.
• Ensure patient access needs are addressed with appropriate workflows.
• Oversee quality standards, audits, and patient safety initiatives.
• Utilize health IT systems to support population health management.
