Job summary

Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited institution (verification required).
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• BLS certification for healthcare providers.
• Demonstrated experience in adult or staff development.
• Demonstrated nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Learning Facilitator: guide orientation, promote self-reliance and teamwork, use standardized tools.
• Change Agent: identify learning needs, promote evidence-based practices, support orientation and ongoing learning.
• Mentor: provide coaching to preceptors and caregivers for growth.
• Leader: facilitate interprofessional learning and advancement in nursing practice.
• Champion for Inquiry: foster new knowledge and evidence-based practice.
