Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited institution with degree verification.
• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• BLS certification for healthcare providers.
• Experience in adult or staff development.
• Nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as resource, consultant, and mentor to caregivers and preceptors.
• Collaborate with colleagues to identify learning goals and implement orientation and ongoing education.
• Provide coaching to preceptors and caregivers to promote professional growth.
• Facilitate interprofessional learning and advancements in nursing practice.
• Foster inquiry and evidence-based nursing practices to enhance patient outcomes.
• Promote integration of new practices and smooth transitions for caregivers.
