Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) ensuring dignity and safety.
• Support mobility and hygiene per RN directions.
• Record routine clinical measurements and report abnormalities.
• Assist with feeding and monitor diet tolerance per orders.
• Maintain clean, infection-free patient environment.
• Observe changes in patient condition and report to RN.
• Educate patients and families on safety and unit routines.
• Provide clerical support and EMR data entry.
• Manage patient-care supplies and equipment.
• Perform competency-validated skills (ECG, venipuncture) under RN supervision.
