Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Current and unrestricted RN licensure in state of practice (Georgia).
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and clinical education.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate clinical competency assessments and training needs based on ongoing evaluation and patient needs.
• Provide education on a variety of clinical topics to develop staff skills and critical thinking.
• Oversee orientation and preceptor programs to ensure standard policies are followed.
• Conduct competency assessments and monitor learning outcomes for staff.
• Promote infection control practices and participate in performance improvement activities.
