Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinates clinical competency assessment and training needs of clinical staff based on ongoing evaluation and patient needs.
• Provides education on a variety of topics, developing clinical skills, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
• Participates in interview and selection process of clinical staff.
• Completes initial competency assessment during orientation and annually.
• Oversees preceptor program and trains staff who will serve as preceptors.
