Qualifications

• Current Nebraska LPN or RN license in good standing.
• Previous nursing experience in long-term care or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of clinical practices and resident-care standards.
• Ability to teach employees with different experience and skill levels.
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to maintain electronic training records.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct new-employee nursing orientation.
• Provide education and training for clinical staff.
• Develop and maintain staff education and training schedules.
• Conduct and document employee competency evaluations.
• Educate staff on infection prevention and resident rights.
• Support survey readiness and assist with corrective plans.
