Job summary

Emerald Nursing & Rehab Legacy Pointe in Omaha, Nebraska, is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate care team. Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Nebraska.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Ability to effectively communicate with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality resident care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as directed by medical staff.
• Perform vital signs, monitor patient conditions, and report changes to the nursing team.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate records of resident care and progress.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Foster a positive and respectful environment for residents.
