Required RN licensure with BLS/ACLS/PALS and 2+ years of hospital nursing experience. The role emphasizes interdisciplinary collaboration and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required.
• 2+ years of hospital nursing experience.
• CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Familiarity with ANPD standards and pediatric/critical care environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as resource for nursing education, research, and quality improvement.
• Plan, implement, and coordinate orientation using ANPD standards.
• Develop and coordinate education plans for new graduates and staff; assess competency.
• Design engaging, evidence-based educational activities and programs.
• Support preceptor programs and promote ongoing professional development.
