Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing required.
• Master's in Nursing preferred.
• Knowledge of ANA/ANPD standards is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead orientation for new nursing staff using ANPD standards.
• Develop education plans for competency validation.
• Coordinate training for new graduates and staff.
• Promote lifelong learning and research in clinical practice.
