Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
• RN license is required and BLS certification.
• 2+ years of nursing experience in a hospital setting.
• ANCC-NPD or related certification preferred (if stated).

Responsibilities

• Serves as a resource for clinical inquiry process and subject matter expertise.
• Demonstrates a spirit of inquiry supporting research and quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborates to identify problems and implement planned changes.
