Job summary

Methodist Dallas Medical Center is seeking a Nursing Professional Development (NPD) Generalist to support ongoing learning within a fast-paced, inter-professional care environment. The role emphasizes bridging education to practice and advancing evidence-based nursing across units.

Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, current Texas RN license, and American Heart Association BLS. Three years of clinical nursing experience and familiarity with adult education theories are preferred through NPD

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.
• Current license to practice professional nursing in the state of Texas.
• Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support certification.
• NPD Certification or Certified Nurse Educator preferred.
• Minimum three years of clinical nursing practice with adult education experience.
