The Nurse Coordinator at HCA HealthONE demonstrates advanced nursing knowledge and leads shift operations to ensure safe patient care in the Cath Lab. This role requires coordination of schedules, assignments and resources while maintaining the highest standards of practice.

Candidates must hold Colorado RN licensure, be Graduate of a certified School of Nursing, and have at least one year of Cath Lab staff nurse experience with charge nurse preferred.

Formación

• Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse.
• Graduate of a certified School of Nursing.
• Minimum of one+ year as staff nurse in Cath Lab required. Previous charge nurse experience preferred.
• Demonstrates good clinical skills and leadership qualities.

Responsabilidades

• Direct shift operations with schedules, assignments and coordination of resources.
• Provide safe and appropriate patient care within the Standards of Nursing Practice at SMC.
• May rotate to areas other than the assigned service area as needed.
