HCA HealthONE Presbyterian St. Luke's in Denver, CO, is seeking a CNC RN to oversee nursing functions on designated shifts, coordinate staff activities and ensure high-quality patient care.

The role requires active state RN licensure in Colorado and current BLS, PALS, ACLS certifications. Two years of clinical practice in the unit and leadership experience are preferred, with strong organizational and communication skills to support safety and excellent patient outcomes within a busy hospital

Qualifications

• Current licensure in Colorado as a Registered Nurse.
• Current BLS, PALS, and ACLS certification.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• BSN preferred. Activity in professional organizations encouraged.
• Two years of clinical practice in the unit and leadership/management experience preferred.
• Continued demonstration of clinical and leadership competency.
• Commitment to staffing matrix/productivity standards and patient safety initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate all functions during the designated shift.
• Serve as a resource for staff and educate team members.
• Ensure overall quality of nursing care when on duty.
• Make decisions in line with Administrative, Nursing, HR, and unit Standards in collaboration with management.
