Job summary

HCA HealthONE Aurora is hiring a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for the Progressive Care unit. Under supervision, you will direct and coordinate unit functions on your shift and ensure high-quality nursing care in collaboration with the management team.

This role requires Colorado RN licensure (or multi-state), BLS and ACLS, plus leadership experience. BSN preferred and ongoing professional development are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Current licensure in Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or active multistate RN license; BLS and ACLS required.
• BSN preferred; activity in professional organizations encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate all functions during the designated shift.
• Serve as resource for staff and assist in education of nursing staff.
• Ensure overall quality of nursing care when on duty.
• Make decisions based on Administrative Operational Standards and other standards in collaboration with management.
