Job summary

HCA HealthONE Swedish in Colorado is seeking a Nurse Coordinator Cardiovascular Cath Lab to lead daily operations, coordinate staffing, and ensure high-quality patient care in a fast-paced cath lab environment.

As a Charge Nurse, you will rotate across service areas as needed, mentor staff, and collaborate with managers and physicians to optimize outcomes and uphold the nursing standards across the unit.

Qualifications

• Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multistate nursing licensure.
• Current BLS & ACLS certifications through AHA or ARC.
• Graduate of a certified School of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates advanced knowledge, leadership, and clinical skills in nursing care.
• Directs shift operations with schedules, assignments and coordination of resources.
• Collaborates with managers and physicians to optimize patient outcomes.
