Job summary

Qualifications

• RN licensed in the state of employment and CPR certified.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program and hold an RN license.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in acute or ambulatory care.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and document findings.
• Perform routine nursing duties (phlebotomy, meds, vital signs) and complex procedures.
• Interpret abnormalities, document interventions, and take remedial action.
• Coordinate with departments and triage calls using clinical assessment skills.
• Manage urgent medical situations per organization protocols.
• Serve as a resource for staff and physicians in daily problem solving.
• Initiate and coordinate patient education and community outreach.
