Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment per OSHA and supervise care of medical equipment.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document in the medical record.
• Provide routine nursing duties including phlebotomy, meds, and vital signs.
• Coordinate patient education and communicate with physicians and staff.
• Triage calls and manage urgent medical situations per protocols.
• Support staff and delegate tasks per Illinois law and policies.
• Develop and apply patient education and participate in community outreach.
