Job summary

ChenMed LLC is seeking a Center Clinical Manager (CCM) to lead day-to-day back-office center operations, quality, compliance, HR, patient experience, and direct supervision of center staff including Care Promoters, Pharmacy Technicians and X-ray Technicians.

The CCM collaborates with Center Leadership to implement clinical operation strategies, uses data analytics to support revenue growth and quality metrics, and ensures regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• BA/BS in Business or Healthcare Administration preferred.
• Active LPN license or CMA certification; other clinical licensure may be considered.
• Minimum 5 years progressive healthcare clinic/hospital experience.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience with direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day back-office clinical operations and staffing.
• Lead hiring, performance management, training and ongoing staff development.
• Collaborate with PCPs to coach and manage clinical staff performance and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA, HIPAA and other regulations; conduct internal audits.
• Utilize data analytics and dashboards to drive revenue growth and improve quality metrics (HEDIS/STARS/Clinical Gaps).
• Manage medical equipment and supply inventory and ensure preventive maintenance.
• Travel locally, regionally, and/or nationwide up to 10%.
