Job summary

ChenMed in Massachusetts is seeking a Center Clinical Manager (CCM) to lead day-to-day back office center operations, including clinical quality, compliance, HR, patient experience, and supervision of Care Promoters and Pharmacy/Medication Technicians. This role partners with Center Leadership to implement clinical operation strategies that align with organizational goals and quality targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• BA/BS in Business or Healthcare Administration preferred.
• Active LPN license or CMA certification required.
• Minimum 5 years progressive clinical experience in a medical setting.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience with direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Center and Divisional leaders to provide VIP service to patients, family members and staff.
• Manages clinical operations to meet KPI, growth, and membership goals.
• Oversees staffing, scheduling, payroll and PTO; plans for shortages.
• Performs direct patient care duties as needed and supports Care Promoters.
• Utilizes data analytics to drive revenue, quality ratings and clinical improvement.
• Develops protocols to improve staff productivity and coach clinical staff.
