Job summary

ChenMed is seeking a Center Clinical Manager to lead day-to-day back office center operations, including clinical quality, compliance, HR and supervision of Care Promoters, Pharmacy Technicians and X-ray Technicians. The CCM will partner with Center Leadership to design strategies that meet organizational goals and ensure high-quality care.

The role requires data analytics to support revenue and quality, staffing and training oversight, and ensuring regulatory compliance across the center.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; BA/BS preferred.
• LPN or CMA certification, active and in good standing.
• Minimum 5 years in medical clinic/h hospital setting.
• Minimum 2 years of direct management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead back office center operations including clinical quality and compliance.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, payroll approvals and training.
• Collaborate with center leadership to meet organizational goals.
• Coach clinical staff and ensure high patient experience standards.
