Job summary

Qualifications
- Registered Nurse license in the state where the team member practices.
- Master's Degree in Nursing, or BSN with MS in Education or related field.
- Typically 3 years of clinical nursing experience including teaching/training and program development.
Responsibilities
- Apply ANPD principles to nursing education and bridge identified knowledge gaps.
- Collect data to validate gaps and determine required knowledge or practice deficits.
- Analyze cost and ROI for learning activities and lead change initiatives.
- Develop outcomes and plans aligned with stakeholders’ values and current evidence.
- Mentor NEPD generalist and coordinate interprofessional educational services.
