Qualifications

• BSN required.
• RN to BSN acceptable if graduating within 16 months.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements and evaluates professional development programs per ANPD model.
• Assesses learner needs and aligns content with stakeholder input.
• Collaborates on educational plans to foster positive learning environments.
• Designs and evaluates educational activities using evidence and theory.
• Measures outcomes and revises content based on data.
• Promotes ethics and patient privacy in learning activities.
• Champions research, EBP, and quality improvement within education.
