Job summary

The role focuses on orientation, continuing education and professional development of clinical staff, with responsibilities across Longs Peak Hospital, Highlands Ranch and related departments.

This onsite position requires BLS, RN licensure, and multiple certifications (PALS, ACLS, Neonatal Resuscitation, etc.).

Qualifications

• BLS certification required.
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required.
• Bachelor's in Nursing.
• ACLS certification.
• PALS certification.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program.
• Crisis Prevention Intervention training.
• Trauma Nursing Core Course.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with managers and staff to assess the learning needs and competencies of clinical staff.
• Designs, delivers, and assesses learning activities and curricula related to clinical competencies and regulatory requirements.
• Serves as a consultant/mentor for clinical staff in program development, clinical practice and professional development.
• Participates in development, coordination and delivery of new clinical staff orientation and education activities.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with strong critical thinking and minimal supervision.
