Job summary

Aperion Care is seeking a Nurse Manager to provide professional supervisory nursing practice and coordinate nursing programs across the facility. This role exercises judgment in applying professional knowledge within established policies and practices.

The Nurse Manager will supervise staff, manage staffing allocations per shift, and ensure quality nursing care while addressing clinical and administrative issues with leadership.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current unencumbered state licensure.
• Supervisory experience in a team leader role.
• Work experience as a professional nurse.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates patient care on assigned shift and unit.
• Directs staff response to emergencies and code blue scenarios.
• Review 24 Hour Report and monitor changes in condition.
• Notifies and collaborates with nursing leadership on urgent concerns.
• Attends QA/Performance Improvement meetings and supports policies.
