Job summary

Fairview Health Services is seeking an Application Analyst for the Nurse Call Information Systems team to configure, document, test, and maintain software applications. You will translate business requirements into software specifications and build domain expertise to support clinical workflows.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and at least 3 years in IT applications, with healthcare familiarity preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT.
At least 3 years of IT application experience.
Healthcare industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Configure, modify, test and troubleshoot existing programs.
Translate business needs into detailed system specifications and assess against capabilities.
Develop, document and maintain application systems documentation.
Participate in incident, problem, change control and project management processes.
Provide implementation/production support as required.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize system performance and resolve issues.
Offer after-hours support as determined by IT Leadership.
