Job summary

Fairview Pharmacy Solutions seeks an Application Analyst in Minnesota to configure, document, test, modify and maintain software applications. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications and develop system documentation.

The role emphasizes collaboration with IT teams, supporting Epic or other core applications, and ensuring reliable operation for patient care. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and IT experience, with Epic certification preferred or achievable

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and related work experience.
Pharmacy Technician MN Eligible to become registered as a Pharmacy Technician and eligible to become certified.
3 years of IT application experience.
If supporting Epic, certification in core applications is required within six months of employment.

Responsibilities

Configure, modify, test and troubleshoot existing programs/software. Analyze end user data and business needs to optimize performance.
Participate in IT workflow processes including Incident/Problem Management, Service Request Management, Change Control Management, and IT Project Management.
Translate business requirements into detailed system specifications and evaluate against current capabilities.
