Job summary

Fairview Health Services in Minnesota is seeking an Application Analyst to configure, document, test, modify and maintain software applications, building technology expertise and translating business requirements into software specifications.

Responsibilities include configuring, modifying, testing, troubleshooting, writing documentation, supporting incident/problem/change management, and providing end-user support to ensure optimal program performance and user satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and related work experience.
• Pharmacy Technician MN eligible to become registered and certified.
• 3 years of IT application experience.
• If supporting Epic, certification in core applications within six months.

Responsibilities

• Configure, modify, test and troubleshoot existing programs/software.
• Translate business requirements into detailed system specifications.
• Write and maintain application systems documentation.
• Support incident/problem/change management and IT project activities.
• Provide end-user and production support as required.
