Job summary

Securitas Healthcare is seeking an Implementation Manager, Acute, to lead the Nurse Call implementation team across regional projects from Wilmington, DE and customer sites. You will serve as the primary contact for customers/partners and ensure timely, on-budget deployment.

The role requires 5+ years of PM leadership in client delivery, strong collaboration with executives, budgeting acumen, and PMP preferred. This hybrid position supports office and on-site work as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technology, finance, or equivalent; and/or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience providing project management leadership in external client delivery.
• Experience managing projects for multiple clients simultaneously; track record of delivering objectives.

Responsibilities

• Drive projects to conclusion with internal/external stakeholders within time and budget.
• Lead project plans, resources, milestones, and completion timelines.
• Serve as primary escalation point for customer/partner during implementation.
• Coordinate tasks and resources across multiple projects through the lifecycle.
• Manage risks, changes, and communications with stakeholders.
• Strengthen relationships with customers/partners to drive satisfaction.
• Prepare and review project deliverables; ensure documentation is complete.
• Deliver projects per company performance metrics; develop methods for delivery.
• Develop forecasting and financial reporting with input from PMs.
• Supervise Project Managers and Technicians; coach for career growth.
