Job summary

PatientPoint is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end installation and product deployment for new customers, coordinating with Sales, Field Technicians, and Clients to ensure a seamless transition from sale to service.

You will oversee program rollout strategies, direct field teams, and act as the SME for network requirements to drive successful healthcare deployments. Travel to customer sites will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years guiding large-scale system rollouts in customer-facing settings.
• Experience managing end-to-end deployments across multiple sites.
• Proven ability to maintain client relationships through deployment go-live.
• Construction management experience with subcontractors and site readiness.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Strategic program oversight for rollouts, coordinating with stakeholders to meet milestones.
• Serve as primary point of contact for new customer implementations.
• Deliver rollout recommendations aligned with customer needs and scalability.
• Manage ERP system and project plans for accurate tracking.
• Supervise field technicians to ensure on-site installations.
• Provide SME on network infrastructure to meet deployment specs.
• Identify and resolve technical/logistical challenges to keep momentum.
• Perform on-site visits to assess infrastructure and site readiness.
