Job summary

Securitas Healthcare is seeking an Implementation Manager, Acute to lead nurse call deployments across hospitals and clinics from Wilmington, DE and onsite locations. You will drive project delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely, on-budget outcomes.

You will supervise Project Managers and Technicians, manage risk and stakeholder communications, and contribute to defining delivery processes while delivering high customer satisfaction in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technology, finance, or equivalent; or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience providing project management leadership in an external client delivery environment.
• Experience managing projects for multiple clients simultaneously.
• Track record of delivering on agreed upon project objectives.
• History of excellence / superior performance against internal benchmarks.
• Experience in systems installations on customer sites.
• Financial and P&L experience.
• PMP certification – preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive projects to conclusion by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to meet deliverables within time and budget.
• Manage and ensure execution of project plans including resource requirements, deliverables, milestones, and timelines.
• Serve as primary escalation point for customer/partner during implementation; coordinate dependencies and expectations.
• Coordinate tasks across multiple projects through the full lifecycle; manage risks and changes.
• Communicate with project stakeholders to address roadblocks and dependencies.
• Strengthen relationships with customers/partners by driving satisfaction.
• Prepare and review project deliverables and internal documentation.
• Deliver projects per company performance metrics; improve delivery methodology.
• Supervise and coach Team Project Managers and Technicians; develop team members’ skills.
• Perform warehouse management duties; manage hardware RMA processes with vendors.
