POSITION SUMMARY
The Nurse Aide/Caregiver role is the frontline care position in the Assisted Living and Memory Support units. This position is supervised by Nurse or Med Tech on the unit. They will be friendly and approachable, self-motivated, dedicated, patient and professional. Common duties include providing hands on care, physical and emotional support to each resident while maintaining a safe and comfortable home-like environment. Assists residents with the self-administration of their medication and treatments in a safe organized manner.
