Job summary

Waterstone on Augusta in Greenville, SC, a Sonida Senior Living community, seeks a compassionate Nursing Aide to support residents with daily living activities, meals, and mobility. You will work closely with the care team to deliver safe, person-centered care in a warm, home-like setting.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred.
• Preferred knowledge and experience in nursing or senior living, home health, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Assist with instrumental activities of daily living, assistance with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence.
• Escorts residents both within the building and outside, as needed.
• Assists with setting up, serving meals and cleaning up afterwards.
• May assist with the planning and executing of activities for residents on a regularly scheduled basis.
• Treat residents with dignity and respect at all times.
