Job summary

Trustwell Living at Westwood Place is hiring Caregivers and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our compassionate care team in Woodsfield, Ohio. You will support residents with daily living activities, maintain dignity and independence, and help create a warm, home-like environment.

We offer $14.00 per hour for full-time roles, comprehensive medical benefits, and generous paid time off. Applicants should have a high school diploma/GED and be able to lift up to 50 pounds; CNA as required

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred.
• CNA when required by the state
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Able to read, write, and verbally communicate in English

Responsibilities

• Adhere to and convey a philosophy of supporting dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents.
• Assist with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, and assistance with other care while encouraging self-care and independence.
• Provide services as indicated on resident service plans, including but not limited to bathing assistance, toileting assistance, transfer, and mobility assistance.
• Build relationships with the amazing people who live in our community.
