Job summary

College of Eastern Idaho seeks a Program Manager to lead workforce training programs focused on the nuclear industry, NQA/QA/QC, and civil construction. You will engage employers, SME instructors, and CEI leadership to design responsive, high-quality courses and certifications.

You will recruit instructors, manage budgets, track performance, and drive continuous improvement while expanding CEI's regional training presence with industry partners and grant opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Requires associate degree or technical certification and 5+ years in nuclear/QA/QC/construction/engineering or related field.
  • Experience in technical, industrial, construction, manufacturing, or similarly regulated environments.
  • Ability to develop relationships with employers, technical professionals and community partners.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with multiple programs and priorities.
  • Experience with budgets, revenue, expenses, enrollment, and contract training.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership for nuclear, NQA/QA/QC, and civil construction training programs.
  • Develop industry-relevant programs, courses, certifications, and customized training.
  • Recruit, supervise, and manage instructors and subject matter experts.
  • Manage program budgets and financial performance; monitor enrollment and outcomes.
  • Develop partnerships and pathways connecting students to employment and apprenticeships.
  • Collaborate with College departments to ensure effective delivery and compliance.
