The WTCE Program Coordinator II provides operational coordination and day-to-day support for the delivery of Workforce Training & Continuing Education (WTCE) programs in Nuclear, Nuclear Quality Assurance/Quality Control (NQA/QA/QC), and Civil Construction.
Working closely with the Program Manager, instructors, industry partners, students, and other WTCE staff, this position coordinates the operational activities necessary to successfully deliver high-quality courses, customized contract training, certifications, workshops, and other workforce development programs.
The Program Coordinator II is responsible for course scheduling, enrollment support, instructor coordination, training logistics, facilities and equipment coordination, documentation, data tracking, reporting, and other operational activities. This position supports the Program Manager in ensuring programs meet the workforce needs of regional employers while achieving enrollment, quality, customer service, and financial goals.
This is a grant-funded position and is contingent upon available funding.
