Job summary

College of Eastern Idaho is seeking a Program Coordinator II to provide operational coordination and day-to-day support for WTCE courses in Nuclear, NQA/QC, and Civil Construction. You will work with the Program Manager, instructors, and partners to ensure delivery of high-quality programs, including open enrollment, customized training, and certifications.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree or technical education with 3+ years in nuclear/QA/QC/construction/engineering/manufacturing/workforce training.
  • Strong project coordination skills with multiple schedules, activities, events, training programs, or projects.
  • High attention to detail for documentation and recordkeeping.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Must reside in Idaho.

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational coordination and day-to-day support for WTCE courses and programs.
  • Coordinate all aspects of course delivery, including schedules, facilities, equipment, materials, rosters, enrollment requirements, and logistics.
  • Develop and maintain processes, checklists, and timelines for consistent, efficient program delivery.
  • Coordinate new and existing courses, workshops, industry events, and customized training at CEI and off-site locations.
  • Maintain accurate student, instructor, course, certification, and training records, with emphasis on nuclear/QA/QC training.
  • Manage program information within WTCE registration systems, learning management systems, databases, and other technology.
  • Provide student and customer support, including registration, communications, requirements, and scheduling.
  • Coordinate facilities, equipment, supplies, instructional materials, PPE, and other resources for delivery.
  • Collect and maintain program data; provide analysis to support program and financial decisions.
  • Support the Program Manager with industry partnerships, grants, contracts, and growth activities.
  • Identify operational issues and implement improvements for efficiency and service.
  • Collaborate with WTCE staff, CEI departments, instructors, students, employers, and partners to ensure policy compliance.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
