Job summary

Aalo Atomics seeks an experienced training specialist to support instructional design and delivery for nuclear safety training programs. The role ensures compliance with DOE, NRC, and state regulations while applying ISMS, CCR, and graded approaches to training across Idaho Falls, Austin, and INL sites.

The position requires BIT or equivalent credentials, strong communication, project management, and the ability to manage multiple training projects in demanding environments.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of instructional techniques through training or experience.
• BIT or equivalent certification preferred for instructional methods.

Responsibilities

• Instruct classroom courses in various topics.
• Incorporate operational excellence into training including Conduct of Operations, ISMS, and Human Performance principles.
• Apply Systematic Approach to Training and Graded Approach in all tasks.
• Collaborate with management to identify training needs and adjust materials.
• Review and update course material regularly to ensure current content.
• Create training plans, job codes, and qualified watchlists within the LMS.
• Complete other administrative tasks as assigned.
