Job summary

Constellation is seeking a Nuclear Training Program Manager to oversee training department projects, site accreditation activities, and SAT program implementation. You will coordinate development, delivery, and evaluation of training programs, ensuring alignment with INPO and NRC expectations.

The role requires a technical degree or equivalent, plus related experience, with leadership of cross-functional teams and strong budgeting capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, education, or training with 3 years of related experience OR
• Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator license with 3 years of related experience OR
• Associate's degree in a technical discipline, education, or training with 5 years of related experience OR
• High school diploma/GED with 7 years of related experience

Responsibilities

• Manages In-Processing for the training department.
• Leads and manages preparation and implementation of INPO continuum visits for the CECs.
• Leads and manages preparation and implementation of training programs for CEC evaluations.
• Manages training department projects, for example, facility upgrades.
• Maintains the detailed scope, quality, performance, schedule, and budget of assigned project(s) per procedures.
• Develops and maintains the budget and business plan initiatives to support training goals.
• Participates in NRC, INPO, and management audits or assessments.
• Evaluates the need for outside services, drafts bid specifications, evaluates proposals, selects vendors, and manages contracts.
• Performs other job assignments including emergency response and outage support.

Education

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, education, or training

Senior Reactor Operator license

Associate's degree in a technical discipline, education, or training

High school diploma/GED
