Job summary

Constellation seeks a Training Analyst to lead plant-specific nuclear maintenance and technical training programs across Chemistry, Engineering, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical, and Radiation Protection.

The role requires mastery of analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation, and modification of training, with responsibility for exams, evaluations, and audit readiness. You will support audits and maintain training records in a dynamic nuclear environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with nuclear discipline experience, or 2–4 years with an Associate/Bachelor's degree.
• Meets ANSI/ANS-3.1-2014 standards for training personnel.
• Maintain access and pass medical exams as required.

Responsibilities

• Drives the clean energy center training programs and coordinates performance-based training.
• Ensures training materials reflect INPO reports, NRC bulletins, and design changes.
• Prepares trainee exams, conducts evaluations, and counsels trainees.
• Supports fleet initiatives, project management, outage support, and emergency duties.
• Participates in NRC, INPO and management audits and responds to findings.
• Maintains auditable training records and reports.
• Performs other duties as directed, including outage support.
