Job summary

You will coordinate with engineers, operators, and supervisors, ensuring training remains current with INPO reports and regulatory changes while maintaining comprehensive records and preparing evaluations.

Qualifications

• Training delivery experience in nuclear or high-risk environments.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards and audit processes.
• Ability to develop and evaluate trainee programs and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct performance-based maintenance and technical training programs.
• Incorporate operating experience, regulatory notices, and design change information into training materials.
• Prepare trainee examinations and conduct evaluations; develop individualized training plans.
• Support audits and respond to findings with training improvements.
• Maintain auditable training records and generate required reports.
