Job summary

Constellation Energy Corp. seeks an experienced Training Specialist to lead nuclear maintenance and technical training programs across Chemistry, Engineering, Maintenance: Electrical, Instrumentation and Mechanical, and Radiation Protection.

The role emphasizes delivering training, maintaining current procedures, evaluating trainees, and supporting outages and audits within a robust compliance framework.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED with 3 years nuclear technical discipline experience or 5 years related experience.
• Associate's/Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 2 years related experience or 4 years related instruction.

Responsibilities

• Drives and coordinates performance-based maintenance and training programs.
• Ensures training content reflects INPO/NERs, NRC bulletins, and regulatory changes.
• Prepares trainee exams and conducts evaluations across classroom, lab, and on-the-job training.
• Supports fleet initiatives, project management, outage support, and emergency duties.
• Participates in audits and maintains auditable training records.
