Job summary

Constellation seeks a seasoned Training Program Manager for the Clean Energy Center (CEC). You will plan, coordinate, and manage development and implementation of training programs for reactor personnel, including license-training and operator courses.

You will lead post-training assessments, support fleet initiatives, and anticipate long-range training needs. Strong leadership, NRC/INPO experience, and on-site availability are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science or technical discipline with 8 years of overall experience including 4 years at power plant level and 1 year in supervisory/managerial role
• Associate's degree with 10 years overall experience including 4 years at power plant level and 1 year supervisory/managerial experience
• Active SRO license or certification required or previous license/credentials

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage development and implementation of nuclear training programs at the Clean Energy Center (CEC)
• Oversee post-training assessments to measure impact and drive program improvements
• Support fleet activities in business plan initiatives, project management, and outage support
• Anticipate long-range training needs and develop strategies to meet them
• Ensure training facilities, equipment, and records support program goals
• Participate in NRC/INPO audits and address audit findings
• Coordinate training activities between CEC management, outside agencies, contractors, and the training department
• Perform other duties including emergency response and outage support as needed
