Job summary

Constellation Energy Corp. in the United States seeks an experienced training program manager to lead department projects, coordinate accreditation activities, and drive the Systematic Approach to Training implementation across nuclear facilities.

You will plan, deliver, and evaluate training programs, manage budgets, and support audits. Strong coordination across sites and vendors is essential, along with a background in nuclear training and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, education, or training with 3 years related experience.
• Senior Reactor Operator license with 3 years related experience.
• Associate's degree in a technical discipline, education, or training with 5 years related experience.
• High school diploma/GED with 7 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage training department projects and budgets.
• Coordinate accreditation visits and SAT application.
• Plan and evaluate training program delivery and outcomes.
• Oversee facility upgrades within training facilities.
• Participate in NRC/INPO audits and assessments.
• Support emergency response and outage activities as needed.

Education

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or related field

Senior Reactor Operator license

Associate's degree in a technical discipline

High school diploma/GED
