Aecon is seeking a Site Manager for nuclear outage projects in the United States. You will lead safety, quality, and schedule objectives across multiple trades, coordinate with Project Managers, and manage client relations to ensure on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include developing master schedules, supervising subcontractors, ensuring QA compliance, and reporting progress to the Director of Major Projects. You must have deep nuclear construction experience and strong leadership.

Competenze

• Bachelor-level or equivalent industry experience preferred in nuclear construction.
• Experience supervising large, complex construction projects with multiple trades.
• Knowledge of QA programs, safety, scheduling, and cost control.

Mansioni

• Understand and enforce Nuclear Safety and human performance programs.
• Develop and maintain project master schedule with Project Controls and PMs.
• Coordinate with customer and project managers for planning and scheduling.
• Ensure site safety, quality, and adherence to client requirements.
• Lead and mentor site staff and subcontractors to meet schedule and budget.
• Prepare status reports for customers and Aecon leadership.
