Job summary

Aecon Nuclear is expanding its role in the U.S. nuclear market and seeks an Integration Manager to lead the project execution integration program.

You will oversee readiness planning, work package preparation, governance, and interface management for complex EPC projects in a regulated environment. Reporting to the Project Director, you will mentor integration leads and project coordinators, ensure quality and safety, and align stakeholders to deliver safe, on-time, and within-budget outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) designation is preferred.
• Experience with nuclear, DOE, SMR, or highly regulated projects is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integration program across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning to meet governance and KPI targets.
• Ensure compliance with NRC and NQA-1 expectations and quality assurance programs.
• Manage interfaces, risk reviews, and readiness activities for project execution.
