Aecon Group is seeking a seasoned Site Manager for our nuclear outage projects in Richland, WA. You will lead safety, quality, and scheduling for complex construction/ EPC efforts, coordinating with customers, engineers, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities include developing master schedules, managing risks, and ensuring QA compliance while maintaining strong client relations and site documentation. Must have nuclear construction experience and leadership skills.

Formación

• Technical college diploma or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 10–15 years of construction and supervision experience.
• Experience in Nuclear Construction and multi-project supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Understand and enforce Nuclear Safety, quality and human performance programs.
• Manage safety, quality, and schedule objectives on related work.
• Maintain client, engineering, and subcontractor relationships.
• Adhere to client policies and project procedures by staff.
• Develop project master schedule with project controls and teams.
• Ensure site infrastructure meets outage requirements.
• Coordinate with customers and managers to align schedules.
• Attend customer meetings and report progress.
• Monitor risks and develop recovery plans for schedule/budget.
• Ensure training compliance for safety, QA, and qualifications.
• Maintain project documentation and QA compliance.
• Provide status reports to customers and Aecon Director.
