ENERCON Services, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Safety Analysis Engineering Manager to lead a team delivering nuclear and mechanical safety analyses for licensing, design, and operability of nuclear facilities.

You will guide multi-disciplinary engineers, drive quality, mentor staff, manage project risks, and interface with clients to ensure timely, technically sound results while upholding ENERCON's Defining Excellence standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Nuclear, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Professional Engineering License or commitment to obtain.
• Minimum 6 years of engineering experience including in the nuclear industry.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading employees in a leadership role.
• Ability to gain and maintain unescorted access at nuclear sites.
• Problem solving and general scientific evaluation skills.
• Experience radiological, thermal-hydraulic, chemical and meteorological assessments with industry codes.
• Familiarity with nuclear facility safety programs and regulatory requirements (US NRC; DOE preferred).

• Interface with clients to ensure quality and deadlines on projects.
• Lead internal engineering disciplines and delegate project roles.
• Support, develop, mentor a team of engineers performing radiological, thermal-hydraulic, chemical and meteorological evaluations and solve complex technical problems.
• Develop technical engineering proposals/estimates and support business development including client meetings and industry events.
