ENERCON Services, Inc. seeks an Safety Analysis Engineering Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team delivering nuclear safety analyses for licensing and operability of nuclear facilities.

The role supports radiological, thermal-hydraulic, chemical and meteorological assessments across multiple sites in the US. You will guide design estimates, field walkdowns, and client interactions while developing and mentoring engineers to uphold ENERCON's excellence standards and contribute to business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nuclear, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineering license or commitment to obtain one.
• Minimum 6 years of engineering experience including nuclear industry.
• Minimum 2 years leading employees in a leadership role.
• Ability to obtain unescorted access at nuclear sites.
• Experience with radiological, thermal-hydraulic, chemical and meteorological assessments.
• Familiarity with nuclear facility safety programs and regulatory expectations.

• Coordinate across internal engineering disciplines and delegate roles.
